How long is my offer good for?
Your offer is locked for 21 days from the day you get it. Ship your device within that window to keep the price.
Does shipping cost anything?
No. We email you a prepaid USPS Priority Mail label at no cost. It includes USPS Tracking and up to $100 of USPS insurance.
Do I need a printer or a shipping box?
Use any sturdy box you have. We email you a prepaid USPS label; we don't mail labels, boxes or shipping kits. No printer? Show the USPS QR code from your label email at any Post Office and they'll print the label for you. Questions? Reply to your confirmation email or write to info@monsterbuyback.com.
How do I get paid?
Choose PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or a mailed check. We pay 1 business day after your device is inspected.
What if my device is not in the condition I picked?
If we find a difference, we email a revised offer. You can accept it or get your device back free. If we don't hear from you within 7 days, the revised offer is accepted and paid out.
Can I sell a cracked or broken phone?
Yes. Pick "Damaged" (or "No power") as the condition and we'll make you an offer.
What should I do before I ship?
Back up your data, sign out of iCloud / Google, turn off Find My, remove your SIM card, and erase the device.
Do you buy locked, financed or blacklisted devices?
We buy devices that are not lost or stolen and have a verified clean IMEI. We check every IMEI before we pay. Before you ship, turn off Find My / Activation Lock and remove your iCloud, Google and Samsung accounts. A device that arrives locked can't be tested or paid for until the lock is removed.
Will you lower my offer after inspection?
Only if your device is different from what you picked. We email exactly what we found and the new price. You can accept it or get your device back free. If we don't hear from you within 7 days, the revised offer is accepted and paid out.
What if my package gets lost?
Every package ships on our prepaid USPS Priority Mail label, which includes USPS Tracking and up to $100 of USPS insurance. Ask for a receipt when you drop it off and keep it until you are paid. Shipping something worth more? Email info@monsterbuyback.com before you ship and we'll add extra coverage to your label.
Are there any fees?
No fees to sell. Your prepaid USPS label is free and includes up to $100 of USPS insurance.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your label email has a link to your order page, which shows each step from drop-off to payout.
