Selling your Google Pixel: common questions
How do you price my Google Pixel?
Prices come from current wholesale rates. Pick your model to see your offer for each condition. Older models without a listed price are quoted by hand.
What should I do before I ship my Pixel?
Back up your phone, remove your Google account, then do a factory reset and take out the SIM card.
How long is my offer good for?
21 days from the day you get your quote.
When do I get paid?
1 business day after inspection, by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or check.
How do I ship it?
We email you a prepaid USPS Priority Mail label at no cost. It includes USPS Tracking and up to $100 of USPS insurance. No printer? Show the USPS QR code from your label email at any Post Office and they'll print the label for you. Questions? Reply to your confirmation email or write to info@monsterbuyback.com.
What if the condition is different?
If we find a difference, we email a revised offer. You can accept it or get your device back free. If we don't hear from you within 7 days, the revised offer is accepted and paid out.
